Adoption Fees:

Kittens under 1 year old - $60

Cats over 1 year old - $50

Ambassador pets have a raised adoption fee that helps lend a paw to other pets looking for a forever home.

All of our adoptable animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, de-wormed, microchipped, and free of parasites such as fleas and ticks.

Upon adoption, new pet parents are sent home with their new cat's first 6 months of heartworm prevention, city license, a starter bag of H-E-B Heritage Ranch food, and a voucher for a free wellness exam at participating veterinarians.

What is a sponsored pet?

Any dog that has been a resident of GCHS for more than 1 year, the only adoption fee will be waived.
