Fundraising

Join us in our fundraising efforts to raise funds and awareness for the animals in The Gulf Coast Humane Society! Fundraisers not only bring in funds necessary to care for our animals, they also build awareness of the plight of the homeless animals in Corpus Christi and bring our community together!

Here are some ideas and tips for setting up your own fundraiser!

Setting up a Personal Facebook Fundraiser

1.) Click Fundraisers in the left menu of your News Feed

2.) Click Create Fundraiser

3.) Search for Gulf Coast Humane Society, then choose a cover photo and fill in the fundraiser details

All fundraisers are public, so anyone on or off of Facebook can see them.

To access your Fundraiser daily from a desktop computer, you can find it in the toolbar to the left of your Timeline under “Fundraisers”. To access your Fundraiser daily from the Facebook app on your phone, you can find it by selecting “more” and then selecting fundraisers.

Note: Facebook does not notify us of fundraisers under $50. If you are kind enough to create a personal FB fundraiser for GCHS, please let us know so we can help you advertise!
